As I was completely unfamiliar with Florida and mobile or manufactured homes ;she first took the time to share valuable knowledge of what to consider and explain the process thoroughly. A truly patient person giving a human touch to the search.No pressure, always responded to contacts, checked in with me regularly. I dealt with a few agents that never responded after I took the time to get back to them or became rude when I ruled out a listing.
